Well, according to what I was told, it depends, in the case of iguana. The ones that live close to the sea tend to taste more like sea food than anything. The ones that live further inland, taste more like chicken.

As for rabbit, I don't eat it. I had a bad experience with it when I was little and... to me, it feels like I'm about to eat baby.

I can't say I've really eaten any weird animals. The only animals I've eaten that have ever been called weird were Goat and Shark, but those are not that uncommon. I may have eaten weird parts of animals, such as Tongue and Chicken Feet, but I don't think those count.

The strangest meat I've ever had was iguana. Horse is quite normal to me as I've eaten it since I was a little girl in Spain.

Around here, they also eat rattle snake and squirrel.

I had shark while on vacation in Trinidad, it was Fish and Chips except the fish was shark. I can't exactly remember what type of shark it was.

I've never had Horse, I don't really do groceries, and my parents don't buy it.

I don't think NYC has rattlesnakes, but squirrels are vermin here. We exterminate instead of eat.
