Not so. While the Earth does have a temperature cycle, which is and has been observed, the current trends are off the chart and are not natural to the cycle. The Earth has a very delicate system and when it is offset the consequences can be dire. Just a small change has caused ice ages, and now our change to the Earth's atmosphere is causing the opposite - a mass heating event much higher than anything recorded in the past.

To an extent; we're just making it worse. Back in the Caribbean, every time the bus drivers kept the buses idling to run the A/C, I wanted to scream at them to turn the damn motors off. I would've, except then every other med and vet student on the bus would've tarred and feathered me.

Not really...

You see, I take it as that humans are doing things in the wrong manner. Humans have to realize that not everything is a race, and that things are finite. Once we realize that, the Earth will at least, retain much of it's nature and wildlife.

And some people will continue to pretend there's no problem until the coastal cities start flooding and whole nations fall.

All that remains is to show that biological systems replicate in such a way as to satisfy the minimal criteria required for evolution to apply to them, something which has already been adequately shown time and again. At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

So... The past hour i've been working on budgeting the US national government... Eventually, the Debt will reach 60% of GDP in 2020 if my plan were followed. Of course the government wouldn't do such a thing, it would mean to many cuts for them.
