You'd think we'd be with how cold our winters get. But I have friends who break out the heavy winter coats once it drops to 40, and they're Coloradan natives. I've always had a high tolerance to cold and I wear my shorts all through out the winter.

During my last hour of school I was called down to see the 11th grade assistant principle and she told me very carefully and softly that the Grosse POinte school board had done an investigation and saw that I did not live in the school district that I lived someplace else and I was just crying my eyes out. I had to have a hall monitor coe down and take me to my locker to take my stuff out and I saw two of my teachers and they were both worried and stuff and then I lost my glasses so we had to dig through the trash bin I put my binders in and stuff, but we ended up just keeping the binders and stuff incase I could come back, and the hall moniter had my glasses so I got a ride home and we put my bike in the back and I went home, dad came down staries and I gave him the letter....
The fine: $3,175 for not telling them that we moved....we don't have that money...
Today though one of my teachers , my couciler and the school (I forgot his name) came to my house I asked dad if I could go to school with them and he said yes and so here I am at school...I just havve to stay in one room the whole day so the GPPSB doesn't find out...

That's ridiculous; you get fined/expelled if you live outside of your school's catchment area?
Now I don't think i can but the teachers are trying to straighten it out and stuff...Pasong Tirad wrote:Heresy. The earth is flat. It's evening everywhere. Stattr needs to be guillotined.
