Get mad, write your feelings/thoughts down, do anything except from letting it ferment inside of you. Maybe try and join an RP in P2MV and see how that goes, it might set your mind on something else. Find a way to retreat from that world for awhile, take a break.

Every new iPhone I've had, I've lost my contacts. A few of them have been saved, but the rest of them have never been backed up

Dude, she took my ID, the electoral card, stared at me while her partner located me in the list, then asked me what my name was, my address and then to recite my date of birth. All this, mind you, while she also held my driver's license, which has a photo of me. I was about to ask her if she needed a sample of my hair and urine too.
