I know that one of the numbers is the pressure reading required to not be able to hear your blood pulse anymore through a stethoscope, I think that's the higher number. But I'm not explaining this well, and my mind's foggy on the exact point.

See, thats interesting. I eat healthy, and exercise every morning. But both of the numbers fall into a high number range.

Just make sure you're cutting as much fat out of your diet as you possibly can, and cholesterol especially. Don't pay attention to numbers as long as you're making the effort, but definitely ask your doctor if there's more you can do.
