Try exercising, cardio might work, but I don't know much about exercising.

Take up walking in the morning. Every morning, go for a half hour walk. Do this for a few months, then start going for hour walks. After a few months of progressively going on longer walks, start jogging for half sn hour. After a few mor months, go for an hour or more. Soon, start running. This is what I did. Not only will you lose weight, but you'll earn some beautiful calves while doing it.

What if we had just boosted airport security? The type of boxcutter the muscle hijackers brought wouldn't be allowed today. I remember reading a report that an attack like 9/11 would be impossible with today's airport security. So, why not just to do that?

Well, we have. We are fairly safe from the incompetent hijackers now.

Even after hearing the same rants over and over again. I'm beginning to find patterns with his ranting. On Sunday, at the breakfast table he'll rant about Family matters or Sports. Usually Family matters, My brothers wedding being too expensive, my brothers wife not being "submissive"¹, mom's family not doing enough for the rest, his family not doing enough for the rest, mom not being a good wife because she's not "submissive"¹, mom treating dad worse than any of the children, mom not being around for the family enough, his Brother being lazy, Mom being lazy, The children being lazy, and My older brother "leeching" off his money by doing "Insert small chore" at our house instead of his apartment. Stuff like that.
