Yes. A good trick is to plan your magistrates ahead, rush your first idea, then go straight to building constables as fast as possible. Wait, Gallo clarified me. Since the character that sacrificed himself was named Pigsy, and he sort of looks like a pig, that's why the trophy's Smokey Bacon.

Or Denmark. I've had good luck with Denmark. I'd be taking the Baltic.

Western Europe we'd have to see based on who goes where. My friend may want to go Byzantines or Bavaria or something. Watch out if he goes Bayern, he's wrapped up HRE in 40 years before. That would be pretty much game over.
