Ah, North made it to State, but didn't beat the neighboring school; although, we did make it to 7th place on E-Nationals, I wasn't involved in this at the time though. I really haven't done anything yet, I signed up at the tale end of last school year, but I have to try to recruit some freshman on Monday.

Sounds fun. I had the teacher come and beg me to come back, i originally planned to quit, but having a varsity student with honors scores is just too important i guess

I might have been exaggerating, but it's pretty terrible. I don't know what it is about those books that people enjoy. They're romanticized to the point of ridiculousness.

Books with large fan bases made of teenagers who tend foam at the mouth when their favorite book receives a bit of criticism always seem to be incredibly romanticized

Mhm. Been listening to it the past couple of minutes.

It seems the chorus, which is in some African language, is inspired by an African march.

Indeed it is. Varsity students are important. Our team has around 3 of them, 2 of them are worth anything, and only 1 of them have any extra time for meetings.

It's a catchy song. Shame it's hard to tell what some of the language would mean though.

I like the song. I think the African, as far as meaning, might be a little shallow, though. Doesn't keep it from sounding pretty.

Indeed. I love the Spanish version of the song. Not so keen on the English version, it's not as catchy.
