1: I don't know what species it is. It would be venomous though, not poisonous.

2: Yes. It's a general rule that scorpions with small pincers will have more potent venom, and scorpions with weak venom will have larger pincers. There's a few exceptions, but it's true for all intents and purpose.

3: Scorpions rarely kill anybody. Statistically, dogs kill more people than scorpions do.

Well, everybody you talk to is apparently wrong. If you don't put yourself out there, people cannot respond and interact with you.

When you interact with them your goal is to make them remember you. For better or for worse doesn't really matter, but you want them to remember your face or your name the next day.
