Problem here: the "v" (looks like "i") actually is not the consonant "v"; it stands for "vowel" (aside from a/e/i/o/u Cherokee has a sixth vowel, sort of an indistinct schwa sound, "uh", nasalized in certain contexts) so what you have for "Dyakovo" would actually be pronounced "duh-ya-go-uh-oh". I would think "dla-go-wo" a better transliteration: the "dla" is the one that looks like three berries (I don't know where to get a Cherokee font), and "go" is the "A" like you have it but "wo" a double-loop thing.
