Good times... not here I am... looking at going to college. Last summer of highschool. My how time flies.

Nope. Going into college this year. I just write olderish. Going to a Catholic College too, if you can believe that.

I almost never stretch actually, and I rarely get sore, although tomorrow I suspect I will be.

I also got new shoes today, which should help my feet out.

I've never felt I had much of a problem with my legs or anything. I just felt like i was starting to get fat and wasn't doing enough about it, so I took my wasted time and turned it into time for exercising. Also completely switched around what I eat. When I have to be in one place I wind up just doing lifts with my bag. Tricep dips, chops, curls, arnold presses and shit. I wear myself out and by the end of the day I'm sure I smell fairly terrible, but I feel good about it.

I run so I can chase down or escape from people in the future if the apocalypse comes, I'm honestly not that concerned about how I look, if I could choose between being more fit or better looking I'd take more fit.

I love me some Arnold presses... although I haven't done much upper body lately, too lazy.

I heard that they pick likely victims, so there is quite a reason why they never picked my parent's house(we have a small plastic skeleton hanging in front of the window), but still, these last few years they could have come to my place.

Basically, the homeowner's association can prevent them from doing door-to-door preaching. But they have to explictly ban them, otherwise, they'll come. They are generally nice, decent, and pleasent people. I just like giving them stories to tell to other JW's. I had developed abit of a mythos around my old hometown, before we moved.

No idea if the homeowner's association has such kinds of powers over here

They don't celebrate any holidays at all, from what I recall. I think Gallo also said they believe that heaven will be on earth rather than some spiritual thing after Jesus comes down and everyone's shit gets wrecked.

Um, we believe in a resurrection rather than everyone going to heaven. So everyone will be brought back to a paradise earth, and enjoy everlasting life (not immortality).

I'm fairly fit already(though not as far as running goes; my lung capacity is shit, which I'm working on by running until I physically can't between classes.) I just have this inch or so of flab that I really hate which is covering up pretty much every major muscle group in my body. I can see my calves and my quads and such, but not so much my arms or my abs.

I'm pretty sure it's different for each section, which are more or less autonomous. The one my friend is a part of respects the opinions of local HOA's and keeps it's preaching in certain areas that aren't in my nieghborhood. No use preaching to artists, hippies, and retired law enforcment, I guess.

I'm fairly fit already(though not as far as running goes; my lung capacity is shit, which I'm working on by running until I physically can't between classes.) I just have this inch or so of flab that I really hate which is covering up pretty much every major muscle group in my body. I can see my calves and my quads and such, but not so much my arms or my abs.

Running will burn that shit right off you, if you keep it up. I eat whatever I want, and about as much as both my parents eat combined (they both have relatively physical jobs even) and I can pretty much see all my muscles when I flex.
