If I was part of the prawn sandwich brigade, why would I have almost broken my shin celebrating when United won the Champions League? Or when Owen scored that winner? Or when Ronaldo hit that screamer against Porto? Or after Wazza's overhead kick? You madam, have thoroughly misjudged me. I shout my lungs off and support United every match of the season. Supporting a footbball club is like being married. Sometimes you're passionate, and showering your spouse with love, and sometimes you eat dinner in silence, but you still love them. Thats how it is with me and United.

If you're reading a book, and you get told halfway through the story that your favourite character is going to come out on top, and indeed this character is the only reason you're even reading this book in the first place, then you keep reading. Of course you keep reading. And you enjoy the moment where he does come out on top, because its a good book and you love the character. But there's no suspense in the ending anymore, is there? Plus its a similar storyline to the book you read two years ago.

Good for him. Yeah, I was pretty hacked off when he left, but I'm over that now. He left Arsenal because he didn't think he'd win the league with us. Personally I think he was wrong about that, but that's what he believed. I was disappointed he left, obviously, but that was mainly because of how much the club had invested in him over the years. It's worth pointing out that we've yet to really see how successful he'll be at United, as he's won as many trophies there as he did at Arsenal (and at Feyenoord). He'll be 30 at the start of next season, and with his history of injury it's entirely possible - though hopefully not - that he may not have many full seasons left in the game.

Yes he would've won a trophy.
Also United fans,I hope for the day that yous fuck up and sink like Liverpool but worse.
Now back to reality and I point this out like I have done before:
That cunt had no loyalty. If I ever meet him I will break his nose.

No loyalty?
He hung around for 7 years while yous sold all your best players and steadfastly refused to win anything - even going so far as to almost accidentally win something...and then give it to Birmingham instead.
It's not RvP you should be angry at. It's your club you should be angry at.

Oh yeah wasn't like he was injured for most of those six seasons![]()
Then he has one great season, and then fucks off to our rivals.
Yeah that's not like sticking a dagger in the heart of every Gooner I don't know what is.
We treated him like he was the best thing since Henry and then he shoves it back in our faces.

236 appearances in 7 seasons? He missed about 1/3 of your league games in that time, which is by no means "most".Then he has one great season, and then fucks off to our rivals.

Rivals?
Oh, sweetie, you stopped being our rival years ago.We treated him like he was the best thing since Henry and then he shoves it back in our faces.
...by hanging around waiting for you to stop selling your best players and actually win something from when he was 22 until he was 29 and presumably saw us beat you 8-2 and decided it wasn't going to happen at Arsenal and that, if it did, it certainly wasn't going to be the league?
Yeah, what a traitor.
And, hey, you made a £20m profit on him. Maybe you can not buy a decent centre back with that.

This sounds suspiciously like you're talking about Harry Potter.
Then again... Harry Potter is equally loved and hated. If we're honest, he's a bit of a dick. There was also that whole losing parents deal. Some people think he's up his own arse/overrated/smug... then there's the ginger chap.
On second thought... Excellent analogy.
Well played, sir.

Imagine if Ronaldo had been injured on and off between 2005-2009 and then fucked off to City or Liverpool(!) and started scoring like he is at Real Madrid...
