Yeah I guess so, but it depends on the subject. If it's math, I have a tough time figuring out how to do a problem. Eventually I'll get it, if I'm showed how to do it enough time. If it's a subject other than math, like history, science, ect. I can soak up information like a sponge.

With me it is that it takes me longer to perform tasks, that is not to say they are of lower quality than everyone else's, but they take me longer to perform. For example: If a challenging math question were to be given out to my class, it would take me longer to do it, but I might be the only person with the correct answer at the end.

History, science and the like require memorizing facts (In most school settings anyway), whereas in math you memorize processes. Totally different ballgame there.

I've found that in general people tend to find stuff that they are interested in easy to remember, and that they won't find it easy to remember stuff that is boring.
