For me, I'm trying to be healthier. I love to eat food-- that's my nature-- but I choose healthier choices when I can, and try to get smaller servings. I also began walking home from place to place, and since I don't own a bike or a car, this isn't too hard.

I'm going to be prepared when it's time for college; I'm going to make sure that I'm NOT getting Freshman 15 fat wise, and I'll be used to walking almost everywhere.

Hahahahahaaaaahahahahahahah! Good luck with that. The freshman 15 hits everyone, and if you're like most of the freshman I know, it's not the freshman 15, it's the freshman 25 or 30. It's been bad this year. For me it was just 15 or 16.

Thats the key to it, imo, healthy or not, weight itself doesn't have a lot to do with it (iirc, I read that overweight people actually end up living longer than 'normal weight' people)

Besides, it's just a number. It doesn't tell you how much of your body is fat and how much is muscle.
