So, do you want to know the truth of how OMAC Productions got Jolt and NS?

OMAC goes to Bain Capital, demanding to destroy Jolt and NS unless if they go to OMAC. Bain, decides to agree, starts sucking funds from NS and Jolt to OMAC, thus, Bain Capital then threatens to close NS down. Thus, Jolt and NS had to move to OMAC... and you know the rest.
