She was doing a tour through Angola (apparently, expecting Angola to become Argentina's Mexico :P ) and in her last speech she was...just...crazy. Positively crazy.

So, either the press was right all along, and she has serious mental issues...or she was on some drugs. Either way, it was embarrassing to watch. :?
