Uncultured heathens! I mean who needs "Idol" or "Got Talent" or "The Voice" when you have the Eurovision Song Contest?

Force a few people to watch it, they'll thank you one day.

Anyway, here's another 80s joke for ya:
How does Michael Jackson pick his nose?
From a catalog.

Hah!

My next song was "Earth Song." Goddamned thing very nearly brings me to tears, I'm such a sucker.

Oh can I join?

Which reminds me, I was able to play "Don't You Want Me Baby" on the keyboard. I don't know if I can still play it, I haven't tried in years nor do I have a keyboard.

Of course!

And that's my project for the weekend.

Ah, it's ok. I have a soft spot for "Everybody Hurts" and "Every Rose Has Its Thorn".

But I love commercial TV! :(

But yes, I don't like cheesy pop contests either. Except for Eurovision of course.

Hehe. I could dive into more darker 80s jokes, but I don't think it will sit right on a family-friendly forum.

I didn't even get to play it. It was for music class, we had to play a song of our choice on the keyboard. I was going to play it, but I backed down and played "Let it Be" instead.

And that was a few years now, I don't know what's become of Melissa.

Naww... Why that song specifically?

I liked (and went out with) a girl that liked eighties music, but that's not going to happen again. And I can't find any others that do either. :(

Nothing in particular, it was easy to pick up on. My friends dared me to sing Don't You Want Me as well, I was naive enough to consider that!
But I'm quite a sucker. There was this other girl I liked and I find out she was into Agatha Christie, so I started reading her books too, just so I could have something in common!

Search around, they'll know good music when they hear it.

I choose not to dwell on that. I'm all out of love.
