Just kind of ironic. Me and...I forgot who, were debating regarding the use of offensive scenarios in songs or jokes in general (The beginning of the debate was my suggesting that, when, in the Hitler rap battle, he declares "You need to wash up dawg, here step in my shower " was hilarious)

I stated that, in due time, jokes regarding September 11th and the Japanese earthquake were going to begin...and, as foretold, it came to pass.

Because no one living in the US speaks their native tongue. Even if its not in common usage in the US, many people retain their languages and pass them onto their children. There is nothing preventing it.

I dunno what kind I want.

That might be difficult then ;) But Izandai has a point. Just put the thread up, and see what has the greatest interest. You can make a poll, like
-Adventure RP
-Quest RP (The difference being that a quest has a goal and an adventure is really just exploring)
-Location RP (like an institution or a school or a monastery or a clan...)
-Fighting RP

And whatever you can think of. You could also look around F7 and see if you find something inspirational.

Japan's economy is the third largest in the world, and has a very good educational system...so those points seem fairly moot.

State religion: not enforced but every member of the species follows the Cult of Pas Mathéma in some fashion.

Govermental sovereignty: protectorate of the 44th independant legion; large independant but ceding to them for interstellar politics and trade
