Same happened to me today. I gave one of friends a tattoo sleeve in French and got covered in blue ink. Washing your hands under cold water in the winter time. :S

Melatonin kinda worked, was asleep within 30 minutes but I woke up every 3 hours or so. 1, 4, then 6. But the latter's when I normally get up. Maybe I need a larger dose.

The cold water is the best part! I had to use nail polish remover and alcohol to remove the bloody thing.

I've now learned my lesson. Never buy refill myself. Just buy manufactured cartridges.

It's about 15 degrees here in Auckland. But that's not cold enough. I'd much rather wake up to below freezing temperatures every morning.
