To be honest, my college experience was pretty much devoid of black people, there were maybe 5 or 10 in my major out of 140 people, and theres none at my job now. My last job was... interesting because we would occasionally go to colleges that only had few black people or ones that were almost 100% black, well, wasn't nearly the first time I've been the minority.

Depends. There are various regional accents. Nowhere near as much variation as the US or Britain though.
