How silly of me thinking that F7 was meant to have a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Your rule just about rules out almost all of the F7ers who have actually contributed to F7.
And for someone who apparently wants to improve F7, it's ironic that you haven't a) made any suggestions and b) have to resort to gameside ways of organising, therefore excluding those F7ers who aren't in your little region from discussions. Membership of a region shouldn't be a requirement for wanting to be involved in improving F7.
Not that your 'attempts', as lacklustre as they are, will amount to anything.
