Muscle Man's a total jerky dumbass, but still kinda cool in his own right. Like how he can sometimes do nice things, and he slacks off more than Rigby and Mordecai, but get away with it because they tell Benson every time they do, so he trusts them. Genius.
Pops is just absolutely hilarious. Probably the funniest one there, everything he says is so funny. He was probably funniest in "Mind Eraser", which is weird considering it's not technically him in most of it XD

Definitely, and some people speculate he's a drug user since he has sickly green skin, pink eyes and he apparently smells, all of those tell-tale signs. Which makes him even funnier and probably explains why he can't grasp the concept of "Your mom" jokes, since he always says "My mom!" instead, though that's probably because he's an idiot anyway :P
