Also, nothing like finding out that the Gurren Lagann Philosophy panel isn't about either...
Instead it turned into a critique on some tentacle hentai. What da fudge?
That said, I stayed because I had nothing better to do, and the panel wasn't serious anyway, it was like one long joke session with the video as the topic.
