ouch, I was going down a hill and accidently pressed teh front brakes, I did two or so forward flips and the bike ended up on top of me. I broke my wrist in the process and getting back up to teh to ptook for ever and it was painful. I was limping on my left legs and today my knee kinda buckles under me.
