Well, Tex-Mex and Mexican food are kinda different.

I had authentic Mexican food once. I was too used to Tex-Mex to like it as much as I like Tex-Mex. My palate is a bit too American.

Well, not to wonder. Tex-Mex is usually what is sold in the US as Mexican food. I find both cuisines good, but the Mexican, to me, is a bit better than Tex-Mex.

It looks that way, but it isn't bad. Not if it's freshly made. I don't recommend the canned stuff.
