Well, that is how it would be pronounced, but the pun doesn't work unless you say it like 'budget'.

Not really, but you can add them if you want.

I Just worked typing out myself, seems to have worked fine.
Though sometimes when I'm tired i hit the keys in the total wrong order.

I'm guilty of spelling words backwards and forgetting to use words and using wrong words as well.
