I'm playing Death & Taxes. Horde is strong as ever, and Lithuania seems to have annexed all of non-horde Russia. I'm worried about Lithuania. If I break the Horde to take my land Lithuania will become even stronger. I don't plan to take much, honestly. I want to eat into Persia a little, get Crimea, take the east of Arabia, then take over Hungary, Austria and all of Italy.

I've never played D&T, but in my experiences Lithuania tends to collapse in on itself a lot. Too many different cultures, too many rebels, and too many hungary neighbors wanting a piece of the pie.

Even in vanilla Lithuania has a tendency to blob into China if the horde is weakened.

I've never played D&T, but in my experiences Lithuania tends to collapse in on itself a lot. Too many different cultures, too many rebels, and too many hungary neighbors wanting a piece of the pie.

Even in vanilla Lithuania has a tendency to blob into China if the horde is weakened.

I guess I'm used to seeing them knocked around by Austria and Novgorod (who is for some reason always the big Russian in my games instead of Muscovy) and then rebels hitting them when WE gets too high.

I have M2, S2 is shit, and Napoleon isn't very good so far (I haven't done the campaign, but the battles don't really excite me and the AI allies are utter shit at everything.), so all that's left is Empire.

Shogun 2 is great. If you have an average computer, well, sucks to be you.

ETW was shit, NTW was alright insofar as it fixed the crippling problems with ETW without offering anything significant one would expect from a TW game. M2TW and RTW are still the best in the series.
