Same, a lot of people on my dads side have diabetes and so does my uncle on y mums side.
I constantly exercise as to keep myself in good health.

This is good news.
Diabetes is a tough thing to deal with. My grandmother and one of her brothers on my dad's side both had diabetes, which means I'll have to stay in good health as I age, lest I be stricken with it as well.
Thanks

At 2 AM.
In a house out in the middle of nowhere.
It was an interesting experience, to say the least.
Especially since the game doesn't give you your lantern oil back when you die.

I haven't played Amnesia... my contact with horror has been next to zero (and I'm scared by something as trivial as the Half-Life headcrabs).
The important thing is that you're alright, Erin.

Everyone else in my family has great health, which is odd. It was just those two. Plus, my grandma had a hip problem, though apparently she had it her whole life. I've yet to have anything like that.

Or the lack of writing is causing the insomnia, which is getting to me.
Or I'm hitting the low part of my cycle.
Or all of the above.

Paternal grandfather had diabetes, alcoholism, died of bladder cancer.
Paternal grandmother apparently had good health (outside of being a drunk), died in a drunk driving crash.
Maternal grandfather had AIP, bipolar disorder, bad hips. Probably died of AIP.
Maternal grandmother apparently had good overall health. Died of meningitis.
Father has diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis. One of his brothers died of a heart attack. A half-sister died of ovarian cancer. At least one brother has diabetes. At least one sister has
osteoporosis.
Mother has high blood pressure, bursitis in one hip, something wrong with knees, some kind of arthritis in hands/wrists. Two of her siblings are bipolar. One has diabetes. Half-sister had breast cancer and now has leukemia. Pretty much everyone in that half of the family is overweight or obese.
I'm about fucked.

I actually found the invisible splashing thing the least scary since you didn't have to hide from it. It's everything else that got me.
I never thought I'd find a game that would give me such a love/hate relationship with the light.

'm sorry, CM.

If you see bacon in public, it is your duty to consume it immediately for the safety of nearby innocents.
