Not really doing much, just got the thought to learn the Turkish language for no particular reason. I am programming a program to make it easier for myself to learn it, and the program is currently full of bugs. Not to worry, though, I have a flame-thrower! :P

Really? That sounds formidable, though rewarding. I love languages myself, what approach are you taking to learning it?

We share a passion then. I am currently attempting to read Turkish sites, by looking up every word that I don't understand from the dictionary. It worked so far, my vocabulary has a whooping twenty seven words in it (since yesterday)! I also write the Turkish words I know on my notebook along with the English translation, but sometimes I forget to write them.

Turkish doesn't really have any grammar, though, so it is fairly easy to learn.

It is strange though, not seeing that 150k+ post counter at the top of the page. What will I do, this thread can't be the same without at least all of the forum's posts being merged into it! That would create one hell of a lag but think of the children! :P
