Yup.

That is one awfully patient kitty. I doubt Mojo would sit still long enough next to a bottle of tequila with a sombrero before knocking something over out of spite. Since he's a big kitty it probably would be something heavy near my foot as well.

Everybody! Let's start the chant.

COFFEE CAKES, YUKTOVA:

Round about the cauldron go;
In the users entrails throw.
Noob, that has been registered
Days and nights but thirty-one
Swelter'd fail sleeping got,
Boil it first i' the charmed pot!

ALL ETERNITY THREADERS:

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

NAT:

Fillet of a liberal,
In the cauldron boil and bake;
Eye of newb and toe of pest,
nail of Astro and chest hair of Nightkill,
spammer's fork and troll's sting,
bot's leg and ad's wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble!
Also, I'm licking people's ears!

ALL ETERNAL THREADERS:

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

ERIKAN, NEMMY:

surfboard of Avalar, hat of Nanatsu,
Nerd's glasses, meme and pic
Of the annoying Brony,
Root of spambot digg'd i' the dark,
Liver of blaspheming Noob,
Gall of conservative, and slips of rubbish
Silver'd in the moon's eclipse,
Nose of Yoite and Lacky's beer,
Finger of ex-nation
Ditch-deliver'd by a noob,
Make the gruel thick and slab:
Add thereto a Mod's chaudron,
For the ingredients of our cauldron.

ALL ETERNAL THREADERS:

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble!

NAT:

Cool it with Ende's blood,
Then the charm is firm and good.

</totally shameless repost>

Cinco de mayo is mainly celebrated in Puebla, in Mexico. Why? Because that is the celebration of the victory over the battle of Puebla.

People in the US just use it as an excuse to get wasted.

My point exactly. People here use it as an excuse to drink and celebrate "Mexican heritage" and have no clue about any of what the holiday is about. No one is actually celebrating the temporary defeat of a massive french army that went on to install an emperor with crazy facial hair. And honestly they should while they lost the war, they kicked ass in that battle.

Just make it a point to celebrate Cameron Day along with the French Foreign Legion, and things will even themselves out.
