Technically when I wobbufet he had cranidos and had 4% left.

that's why you use moves like toxic on it so it just kills itself slowly
Or send out a pokemon that should use physical moves and use a special move instead or vice versa

Really If you just have a ground steel or rock pokeon not use an attack the wobbuffet will slowly kill it self because of sandstorm.
