For time zones, we can use UTC http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Time

As for legendaries of Johto and the three for Kanto, yeah they'll be in this. Refer to Pokémon Crystal for the location of all pokémon and their levels.

Entei and Raikou will be moving around randomly in Johto while Suicine is in Tin Tower. If a trainer happens to be in the same area as either Entei or Raikou, I guess I'll TG you or something :blink:

EDIT: Lugia would on Whirl Islands, Zapdos at the Kanto Power Plant, so on and so forth

It'd be cool if we had a Pokemon RP that took place in the timezone during 4Ever, were they go back in time: That would be awesome.

I don't mean our characters go through time, I just mean the story takes place with windup Pokeballs.

As cool as it would be it would be hard to RP a movie as it is very closed, with the games it is more open with more possibilities to explore
