We could have a random draw, and a player has to RP catching the Pokemon they are allocated. The quality of the RP will then determine the winner of the contest?

Speaking of RP posts, I'm trying to bring the "RP" back into our RPs. I've noticed that the Ultima RP has pretty much become "I got onto my Pidgey and flew to ____ City. I knocked on the door of the gym leader." -> PO gym battle -> done. I'm quite guilty of this new PO habit.
So, if we're going to be lvling-up our Pokémon in the next RP, we'll have to be posting about training them and mentioning their involvement in battles.
Let's say you have a full team of six Pokémon with three stored at a PC, but you only mention/use like your Squirtle and Cyndaquil in a post about a trainer battle (RP or PO). Then only those two Pokémon would lvl up two levels. Another example, if you use four out of six Pokémon in a gym battle (RP or PO), only those four would go up 3 lvls. Win or lose, stand or faint, all Pokémon used/mentioned in any battle will level up.
