Yes. Any Pokémon that can be caught in Crystal can be caught in the next RP on their respective routes.

Hi Guys I'm back, err yeah, I'll read up on what's happened since I've left. I'll do a kinda epic post in a couple of mins saying about Pilut. (Rhydon has evolved as well)
