Zeukovs advisers decide that it would be best to send 2,000 Drachovs to the commonwealth for the collateral damage the missiles had caused. Zeukov is not seen in the photo as he is told by phone within 5 minutes of the decision and agrees. The money was sent recently by train with a hand written message in Russian to the leader of the commonwealth apologizing for the mass damage.
