cause the scorpion tank has to fight high-tech alien tanks that shoot beams of energy
and it can easily move threw terrains that normal tanks cant get threw.
Also we fight Aliens called neuroi that shoot laser beams. and it has 66 tons of Ceramic-Titanium Armor.

The Scorpion is still a horrid tank design. But I'm not going to argue. Your nation, you do what you want with it.
