Kilavesh doesn't know whether to approve of Britannia's actions or not. On one hand; AGH! OUR IMPROBABLY POLITE EYES ARE TRYING TO CRAWL OUT OF THEIR SOCKETS! On the other hand; cracking down on juvenile delinquency is always a good thing.
