"Mmm. Samuel, hello. And you were asking about the relics and the flower. How... coincidental. Jabrill, let's stroll over here a second, what I have to say is private. Prince Gundral, you should probably join us." he turned and whispered to Raren, "Keep an eye on this Samuel, I have a hard time trusting strangers today. Question him and see why he's so interested in Jabrill. Not just his cover story, the actual reason. I'll get cleared up and we'll get Jabrill out of this place."

Turning back to Jabrill and Gundral he led them away a little.

"Its like this Jabrill, the Dwarves can't touch you. Legally I mean. And while I still breath, not in practice either. But, Prince Gundral here, is in a bit of a situation if he returns without you. So we're going after the Harp, which we'd have to start searching for in Dwarven lands, and stopping by their capital on the way. There we lodge an appeal for your sentence to be commuted to what you're currently serving. You'll be perfectly safe, even if it fails, the Dwarves still wouldn't be able to risk arresting you. Not if their sensible- both the Nenyan church and my Order would be forced to declare war on the Dwarves if they did. Unless they're fools they won't want that- especially not with the importance of your mission and the rise of Unbidden attacks. So it'll just be a detour on our task to recover a relic. Also, Jabrill, do you remember what I told you about wondering off? And what I said about talking to people about our mission? You don't know what or who he is, not really. He could be another Unbidden agent like Sarah- though hopefully not as bad as that. I don't want to risk your safety again- at least not till we're out of this dangerous city." he spoke firmly, but not unkindly, "Are you alright with this arrangement with Gundral? I won't force you into this if you don't want to do it."
"Jenkins... chap with wings, there. Five rounds rapid." Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart

By the way, please excuse all spelling and grammar mistakes- they are indeed numerous and highly irritating. If its any consolation they annoy me just as much. Its just combing through and editing your post for a 3rd time for that last 'their' that should be 'they're' would last me to the next general election. I'm not good with keyboards. But I am a good speller in the real world. Really. I'm not just saying that.

"I'm okay with it Arvok, but I sort of...you know. About the things said about me in the Foxkin protectorate... about being Red hand... I..."

He wanted to tell Arvok the truth, but he felt like it'd make things worse for Arvok. He already hated the idea of Jabrill getting hurt as a reformed murderer, thief, and smuggler. If he knew that the majority of those charges were trumped up, it'd make Arvok even more frustrated so Jabrill tried to withstand the feeling and keep withholding the truth about the actual situation he was in. He sighed and shook his head.

"...look if something happens I deserve everything I get, killing all the dwarves and hurting people in the Order and the Nenyan church will only cause more bloodshed. I don't want to have to die with that on my conscience. I will go with what Gundral said, and we'll make the detour. I'm hoping everything goes well, but if it doesn't it's okay, because I deserve everything I get. I dug my own grave and I'll be the only one who will lie in it." Jabrill said. Arvok could discern this was only half true, as the foxkin crossed his arms frustrated. Raren knew the truth, but Jabrill had asked that he not tell anyone so it was very obvious to Raren why Jabrill looked so conflicted.

Jeremiah after a good sleep got up and took his shealthed sword and placed it tightly in his belt. He glanced around seeing his team was up aswell practicing combat moves and manuevers as Jeremiah smiled and went for a little walk.

Mari rested, and thought. The slavers hid in the caves, so it was logical that they kept their leadership there. Unless... The leadership could be at the end of the chain. Wherever they were taking the slaves. They could be hiding there. Searching the caves could be a waste of time, and manpower. It was complicated, so Mari did what she did when confronted with problems. She took a walk, outside the city, after mentioning to one of Jeremiah's men that she would be back later.

The morning brought with it clarity, and the snow that had fallen left the whole area blanketed in white. The Shaei trees were covered in snow, and the villagers seemed to be stocking up on all the materials they had to make it through the whole winter season. It would be soon be the time for the The Greater Ceremony of Chillmorne, the holiday which marked the beginning of winter, so the villagers were decorating their homes with holly branches and decorating the Shaei fruit trees and clearing up a few areas so that people could walk through the snow easily. The time would be ripe to finding the slavers and closing the highway from their side if they couldn't find the slave master. Finding the leader of the Siren's call would be difficult if they didn't follow the highway to its end.

Jeremiah was walking slowly taking time to look around as he walked. Jeremiah...did you forget about me? Jeremiah heard a voice in his head but tried to ignore it and kept walking taking in the snow that was falling to the ground.

Jeremiah...Why did you kill me....?Jeremiah heard the voice again and stopped looking at the ground covered in snow and looked up and kept walking the voice wouldn't stop and soon Jeremiah would surely loose it.

Jeremiah...

Jeremiah...

JEREMIAH ANSWER YOUR MOTHER NOW!!! Roared through his head as he groaned in agony his ears were slightly bleeding as he looked into the sky and swore he saw the ghost of his mother as he banged his fist agaisnt the ground in sheer anger.

"I DIDNT MEAN TO DO IT! I WANTED YOU TO REST IN PEACE NOT BE SOME WORTHLESS VAMPIRE SCUM! " Jeremiah shouted out and layed his head down into his arms and was starting to cry.

An old man watches as Jeremiah despairs and approaches and puts a hand on Jeremiah's shoulder. "You okay kid?" the old man asks with a voice that showed compassion.

The old man looked like a man who had weathered his fair share of hardship and he had a scar on his forehead which also indicated to Jeremiah that he was also once a warrior. He was muscular and wearing a jacket barely affected by the snow.

"A man without regrets has never lived." The old man said. "Just be glad that you know who you are now, and how you got to this spot. What are you looking for, young traveler?"

The old man said as he watched Jeremiah look to the heavens.

Crystal Spires wrote:"Ah Arvok, Raren, this is Samuel. He helped me clear up some unbidden when they attacked the council building the other day. He's one of the good guys. I was just talking to him about his son who wants to know more about the legends of the relics and the flower of Zaiden. A lot of people ask me about that because I'm the seeker. So I figured I'd clear things up for him. Your conversation with Maven Auryn was depressing me so I needed fresh air. I think you can understand why..." Jabrill said as he tried to cover his frustration.

"I know why it has to be done, but you know sometimes I wish things were easier." He said as he cracked his fingers. "So how long do I likely have until we go to Terradin?"

Raren just stood there looking at Sam. "I see..well despite our attempts to recover the flower,we must be careful who we let know what we are doing still. Also yes Maven is tiresome to speak to, and very annoying to hear, everyone must need to devourer some red meat and beat up something after speaking to him." Raren then looked around. "As for this situation is i don't think Arvok's authority matters in this instance unless he wants a war with the dwarfs and that would be ill-advised as they have done nothing wrong, out options are to leave and ditch the dwarf or go with him, and considering how much time we have already wasted, I say ditch him" Raren was sure Jabrill would go with him though, Jabrill was soft and no thief or scoundrel, he just had a knack for finding trouble and Raren knew that following the dwarf would be no good.

"I don't know if ditching him is such a good idea, but I don't want to cause any trouble for everyone." he said aloud, but then he approached Raren and whispered.

"I do think that we're going to have to go to the dwarven kingdom if we want to find the spectral harp. This will mean one way or another we're going to have to go there to find the spectral harp, so how can we expect to get in unnoticed by Dwarven authorities, and if you all are caught assisting a criminal in their state you can end up being tried as accomplices and that would make things more complicated. Having the Gundral prince will help us get in and pass without trouble. We can expect that if I am coming along as his prisoner I won't cause trouble for anyone."

He stopped whispering, "Does that make sense? I think that's why we should take Gundral's offer."

Raren understood "Ah yes, can't escape justice and stuff like that, I see your guilt bears you then Jabrill, so be it on to this kingdom of dwarfs, I hope the gates are tall enough for me though." Raren winked slightly and threw his helmet so few could see. Raren then looked around "So we must leave right away then, you can not escape justice and test its patience is even worse, let us go and see to your trial and hope the god Serion is kind to you." Raren then said "Unless these dwarves don't worship Serion, then justice will be flawed like any mortal form of justice." Raren was not sure if this was really a good idea or a poorly though out trouble idea. Either way they would get the harp, it was just the odds of Jabrill being in trouble were fairly high.

In the air above the mountians in the Dwarven Kingdom, on board the Archduke
Electricity danced through the airship's library, but the room had an eerie silence to it with the only noises being those of metal banging and expanding and the electrical hisses. Lightning had only just struck the airship minutes, but had not effected any of the crew, the main workings of the Archduke, or anything else for that matter. Only one person had been touched by the bolt of electricity and power, who now had seemingly disappeared off the airship. In the library was another being in Israphel's place, an anthropomorphic dragon, with dark redish scales like dying embers of a fire and eyes of blood red color. His name was Dariken Med Lehparsi, the alternate evil personality of Israphel. Dariken slowly moved out of the library, with small charges of electricity still dancing across his body, and towards the control room in order to take control of the legacy his host had left him with. Now that Dariken was free of the prison known as Israphel's mind, he would do he is own will and take over the world. His first stop on world domination, the closest city in the Dwarven Kingdom.
How did I get this gay?

He went towards the Inn where Gundral was and then Jabrill addressed the prince nodding his head and hiding a smirk. "I can't escape the justice I deserve. After all, Fornt himself demands justice of all people, and to think myself an exception to the rule just because I am the seeker of the flower of Zaiden would just be unfair." He said to Raren he looked at Gundral, "I wonder what kind of sentence awaits me anyway? I'm aware that you're granting me a delay of execution until the time I can serve my sentence, but how exactly am I to be executed your majesty?" Jabrill addressed Gundral with a courteous bow.

If it was anything Jabrill knew, it was not to piss off the dwarf who would be delaying his death sentence. Being civil, and even nice would be a good idea if he wanted to get into the Dwarven kingdom, and to get the harp it'd be essential.

"Alright then, team. Er, no, gang? Party? Alright then everyone- let's move out. There's still some daylight left and we've got the supplies we need. Its a long treck to Dwarven lands and I don't want to be in Clatris for a moment longer. Everyone who's coming with us, come now and let's get this Harp." Arvok smiled,
I suppose life's not so bad. I think I did a little good here. Information on the Harp and Cloak, and on the Unbidden leaders. We know the Locket and the Rod are safe, and I'm pretty sure the Blade is too. Jeremiah and Mari can take care of each other and the Blade may as well be used against the slavers as anyone else. Beastling troops will move into fox-kin lands and save them and I've put Maven and the Flame Knights on course for a truce- provided they don't throw that opportunity away. Look at it with your eyes half closed, ignore some context and turn away quickly and one might say I've performed adequately according to the Order's standards. Hmph. At least we can get moving again. Serion forgive me, but I'll be glad to fight real battles on the road than these wretched political engagements. Beastlings and Knights and Dwarves and comrades all with their demands and secrets and oddities. I'll be glad when I'm back at Kessian's Stand, telling my friends about all this. One day.

Feeling slightly lighter, the Knight moved off slowly, but with a bit more of a bounce in his step.

Oh, yes and the Cloak. Hmm, thanks to Maven I know how to use it. Even if I'm not sure whether I can or not. I'll try it outside of the city. If I think I can get it working, I'll see if I can contact Tarahel. It might be exactly what we're looking for.

Okay so I realized that I talk different than most people. Here is a helpful spoiler for some of the words I use that you don't recognize(This will be updated as I find more words that I use that people don't understand, usually from them asking me what it is)
new fish - someone he feels is noobish or little better than a rookie, not worthy of his attention or recognition.
jack - (in context with numbers) 75
lýtling - slightly better than a new fish; it shows acknowledgement in regards that the person may be of use in the future for him.
dead soldier - a drink, usually alcholic in nature(a umbrella meaning for a draught of alcohol)
tapster - bartender or barkeep
gaspers - cigarettes
Devil's rope - Barbed wire
Draught - container for drinking

Caltris

Tarahal wandered the streets of Caltris, thinking of the conversation that he had had with Nirdasil.
No wonder it is so foreign to her. It is different, the sensation of knowing what is right and wrong. And to have had killed so many... and now wish that you had not... That must be horribly painful...
Although he hated what she had done to him, he didn't hate her. She had only done what she had deemed right, and now, she'd spend the rest of her life making up for her mistakes.
He remembered that he had told Arvok that he would be where Arvok thought him to be. If Arvok would remember that Knights of Serion went to holy places every time they could to meditate, he would find him.
Now, where is a holy place around here?
Tarahal walked up to a man who was wearing some robes that had the symbol of the Knights. It was apparent, however, that this man was not a Knight, and thus was the perfect person to ask.
"Excuse me, Sir, but where is the Holy Place in this city? I wish to meditate..."

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Forest of Hazingafar

Nirdasil, with her speech been given, went for a run. There were still so many emotions going through her at the same time that she didn't know what to think.
I... I love him... she admitted to herself, it is such a queer feeling. But he makes me feel at home. I only wish.. that things didn't have to be like this... Hopefully I'll have a chance to explain... To ask for forgiveness...
She felt tears fill her eyes again.
My life is a hard life... It has been, it will be... But I have a purpose now...
And, without even trying, her brain thought these words:
Stay safe, My Jabrill.
Motto: Perseverantia saeculorum Note: I prefer to be known as YSP over YES if you use abbreviations.

Jabrill said feeling particularly moved by the idea that Sam wanted to come, but he didn't want to put Sam into that predicament.

"The temple district is over to the West of here. The Temple to Serion is on the far right." The guardsman said with a smile. "I hope you find the wisdom you seek Sir Knight."

It was strange that Tarahal was still regarded as a knight, and treated like one, but it wasn't usual for the random passerby to think he was a Knight still.

Gundral adjusted his traveling cloak and began followed the Knight "As you your form of execution Jabrill it would either be Disembowelment or you would be beheaded. Depending of course on how the High Thane is feeling."

"Actually, this town was a waypoint in my journey to that very town," Fisk lied, making it sound true, "so I suppose I will join you, I mean the more the merrier right? I'll just need to get my supplies, but that shouldn't take that long, where do you suppose I could meet up with you?"

"You can meet us at the Town gates I would think but make it quick or we will leave without ye'." Gundral said jokingly. He took out a small flask from his belt and took a swig and thought to himself Cant wait till I get back to Terradin and get some more of this fine ale. Should have brought more than one flask...

Tarahal walked West, and saw the Temple of Serion, majestic in its splendor.
It has been a while, My Lord... And although I am corrupted, I have tried to serve you always...
Tarahal knelt in a meditative stance, and lost the sense of time.
