She shrugs at him, "People may have tried, but has a fellow vampire tried?", she nods her head at the cup, "I know it is hard, believe me I understand how hard it is when you are turned, but would you rather embrace what you have become and save someone you care about the pain of death at your hands? or would you like to still think you have control over all your actions?", she crosses her arms over her chest and her hands grip her biceps, "believe me if it comes to a choice of you on a killing rampage or me killing you, your death will haunt me for a time, I don't like to take lives of people that hold an honor code much like mine, but make no mistake that choice is already set for me, you die", she looks at him, "as I hope the choice will be yours to do the same to me if it ever comes down to it"

Her eyes start to glow faintly, "believe me Dan when I say I don't mean to torture you with this, I just want you to know that someone here understands more than you think they do", she blinks her eyes and they once more appear normal, "and I only offer you the shoulder of that very person...."

He looked at her with a solid stare "If i ever go into that state and im about to kill someone.especially Kelly because I made a promise to her Dad to take care of her...you had better live up to your promise and end it". He opened his mouth to say something but stopped he couldn't put the gratitude he had for her in words at the moment.

"so when did you retake San Fran?, considering that we have had California fenced off for over a year now and when we went through there was no one there but Night People, farms and zombies....", Ben says softly.
