Another RP I was in did that and allowed unclaimed territories to be annexed by players so it could move along with the whole world covered.

However, there's like 4 hours left until the promised 24 is up, whereafter we can take military action. That may not happen as our constitution is still being approved, and we're waiting for votes to come in... not easy with inactive members. So don't shit yourself thinking an invasion of the U of A is possible yet.

Sounds about right. I mean, we've been pretty vague about how we ACTUALLY treat the citizens (As you can tell by my re-construction posts, my soldiers aren't exactly happy to be there either), but go as far as murder and rape is a bit of godmodding.
