*salutes their graves* They served well, comrade. The served well. I usually face Tough or Tougher, 3-5, on East Indies. But I do toughest when I actually want a fight. Because Tough and Tougher is just a dragged on moderate war.

When you cheat finish, you can cheat resource knowledge +whatevernumberyouwant
I suck at universities too, though. When it comes down to it, I just mass certain resources and give away those.
