Ok, give me the current situation since the OP has no information that could help me at all.

• Everyone is on their own
• You are allowed to select a few states that you took control of
• 10 years in the future
• Me and Caleb have claims over Tennessee, and we are planning on a war over it

Actually, once you hit 16, your legally allowed to request dropping out. They just don't want to tell you so you stay in school. I honestly think they should, so we can get rid of the people that we waste millions on every year.
