"I don't need your undead. No offense, but Nur has stoneskin, and i would love to be able to get past it. So i will practice on teh rock itself, and be able to get through that." Ariana walked over toward the stony cave entrance. She concentrated, and a thin blade of energy coalesced in her hand. She threw it, and it vanished upon contact with the surface. Undaunted, she tried again, and again, with similar results.

Adam nodded, knowing what Nur was capable of. He diminished the barbarians and summoned a Knight. "Lets parry" He said, and the knight threw him a broadsword. Adam caught it on the hilt and went toe to toe against the medieval foe.

"Yes, my dear, late summer."

"I was talking about migration season." She nodded her head back, in the background a whale blowing a fountain of white spray high into the sky, near the bridge.

"They'll be doing that for weeks. Although, I think we should make our presence known sooner."

Nur nodded.
"My men are ready. Just give the word. Oh, and my Father may be making a visit..."

"Fine then..." Ariana said, concentrating on a moon-knife that could go through the rock, ignoring what it was made of.

Vlatherzaw was off the bridge. It was a good thing too, he was beginning to get a little tired, and his normally-perfect balance was slipping.

Vanessa was focusing her attacks on a rock as well, for the time being, she was just doing beam attacks. She was starting to get better at it, the beams were narrowing and increasing in strength somewhat. But it still wasn't even scratching the rock. All it was doing at this point was swatting off the occasional bug that climbed onto the rock face.

And so Wayne spent the rest of the day picking through the man's mind, learning how to read his memories, not just his thoughts. Until dinner, he sat there and learned quite a bit about his life, the Queen, and other people he had interacted with. Then, it came time to eat and he allowed Shakespeare to crumble and return to the land of the dead.

Adam nodded, summoning 3 dummy corpses: One in Roman Armor, another in a full suit of steel, and the last in modern day Kevlar. He then walked over to the cave. "What do we have to eat?" He asked, looking at the barren cave.

"Sure, lets go." She called the others to come eat.

IC: As Wayne began to cook some meat from the prior night, he contemplated Zero and his conversation.

"Are you ready for Zero's message?"

"Are you ready for Zero's message?"

Adam shrugged... "Depends, will I get bored to sleep?" He said with a smile. He then sat by the fire, taking in the smells and aromas...

"I was talking about migration season." She nodded her head back, in the background a whale blowing a fountain of white spray high into the sky, near the bridge.

Nur nodded.
"My men are ready. Just give the word. Oh, and my Father may be making a visit..."

"He'll arrive to watch a modern wonder fall." She gave him a final grin, then climbed over the tendrils, walking along like an octopus on land using her tendrils. Stepping into the water, the blood formed itself into paddles, and began to swim itself towards the bridge, keeping Nihil out of the water.

She was far from the shoreline, nobody would see her. For now.

Her arm bled profusely, and it crystallized into a diamond sharp blade, covering Nihil's entire arm. Stopping herself above the deep water, she peered down, then leaped from her perch wildly as a blue whale surfaced above the water, landing on its back and rolling to a stop by impaling its blubber.

"Holy shit..." she cursed to herself, regaining her balance and casually walking along the enormous creatures back. Stopping at its blowhole, she waited for it to empty the contents, spewing saltwater high into the air, and the moment it stopped, Nihil rammed her fist deep inside it, the blade growing in length and stabbing into the creature, dicing its splash-guard apart. The whale surfaced even more, and then with one fell swoop began to dive. Nihil took a deep breath as the beast rolled, dragging her through the pitch black water so quickly she thought her arm would be torn from the socket.

But she remained steadfast, and Nihil projected all her tendrils at their largest volume into the creatures flesh, piercing the blubber and pumping her life essence into it's bloodstream. The whale shook violently as her blood multiplied inside of it, and then suddenly, the entire section exploded as Nihil's blood pierced its inside, a 3 ton gap of flesh disintegrating in a flash of gore.

Swimming forward, she looked about as the creature ascended to the surface, projecting all her might into it once more.

"Stop writhing..." Nihil said, feeling as if her very soul was being injected into the beast.

And then it stopped, and her heartbeat equaled out with that of the creature.

"Now, rise." Nihil climbed to the top of the whale, stabbing her tendrils into it like reigns, controlling it like a horse. It's flesh blackened and reddened into a crimson morass, and then suddenly its fins exploded into massive spiked flippers, devolving back into a primordial state. 109 feet of blue whale morphed and destroyed its shape as it transformed into a creature alien to the known world, tendrils the size of small buildings reaching out and grabbing the foundations of the Golden Gate Bridge. Holding on tight, Nihil watched as it began to climb the structure, its mouth transformed into a reptilian mess of jagged teeth and prongs, half-bone half-crystallized blood. The suspension wires snapped like string between the gargantuan jaws, and the beast dug its legs into the foundations of the bridge, pulling them off their places beneath the water, and toppling the entire bridge on its side, the cars, the people, the structure itself snapping and crumpling as it sank into the dark water.

Nihil grinned, her emotion transferring the dinosaur-like beast, which roared in approval, shaking the water and shattering windows for miles around.

"Now for City Hall, gorgeous." She whispered to the beast, which turned and climbed onto the remaining half of the bridge and began to walk across the city, crushing houses and people as it walked.

Two streaks appeared across the sky, jet bombers soared in from seemingly nowhere and unleashed a coordinated missile strike on the side of the animal, huge explosions rippling along its sides. The animal roared, opened its mouth, and projected a sonic torrent of air pressure that swept the planes from the sky, sending them crashing down in two brilliant explosions. Turning back towards the city, it roared again, knocking buildings over and blowing away everything in its path.

Valtherzaw spun at a crunching sound, and saw the entire bridge keel over and fall into the water, flanked by a massive, dinosaur-like beast. On top of it, he could barely see Nihil.

He began jumping from building to building, trying to get high enough to converse with Nihil.

Vanessa had made just as much progress as Ariana had. By the time dinner had started cooking, there was a hole in the rock about the width of a softball right where she had been firing, as well as a few other softball-sized holes on rocks nearby that were just as deep, if not a little deeper. They also had fractures running outward from the hole. She stood up, and turned to Adam. "Could you get me some dummies as well, preferably nothing with shiny armor?"

"Hardly. Ariana, should I begin?"

"Why not," Ariana sighed, mentally preparing herself for extreme crypticness.

Valtherzaw spun at a crunching sound, and saw the entire bridge keel over and fall into the water, flanked by a massive, dinosaur-like beast. On top of it, he could barely see Nihil.

He began jumping from building to building, trying to get high enough to converse with Nihil.

Nihil peered down at the ninja, jumping building to building, then projected a thin tendril from the side of the beast and yanked him from the buildings, bringing him up to her, but not letting him go.

"What do you want this time ?" She said, giving him a look of distaste. She hadn't been expecting interruptions.
