"Hello." he said.

It was very unsettling to have someone teleport in front of her, but Ariana knew it wasnt the oddest thing yet.
"Umm, hello. Unusual trick there. Your the second person i have seen today that was familiar. Will you tell me why?"

"I'm not sure. I was thinking the same thing!" he said, smiling, "I'm sure I would remember beauty like that."

He looked back at the group he had just left.

Why do these people seem so familiar! he thought.

Ariana decided on an experiment. She looked directly into the teleporter's eyes. When he didnt space out and run off crying she smiled. The violet eyes were striking, but running off crying was not normal.

Austin smiled at her again. He took a step forward.

"Why would I run from such beauty?" he asked, smiling.

Wayne ran into his home, slamming the door behind him. The girl... she had stirred up some kind of power within him. All through out his run home, he felt little scraps of not a person's conversation, but them. He was panicked and ran into his mother on the way up to his room. He could feel pieces of her wiggle into him.

"Hello..." she began, "Wayne, are you alright?"

Poor boy

"I'm fine, mom, just fine..." he replied.

Mom... poor child...

"Uh... I'm going to need some time to myself, OK? Can you tell Dad I can't make the baseball game?"

"Sure, honey."

He never got a chance to go to a game with his real father...

She walked down the steps and away from Wayne, whose mind was now thoroughly, well... blown. Real father? What could she mean?

Ariana smiled at the comment, and asked him, "Anyone else seem familiar like me? Been getting that vibe all over the place today. I will introduce myself like i did last time, I am Ariana, local slightly crazy person. And you are?

"Hmph." Nihil pulled her right glove off, tossing it onto the table, and the small scalpel remained in her palm. Her left hand snapped it against her palm, and blood pooled in it.

And then suddenly, it shot across the table in front of Nur, and began to slither about like a snake on its own. She left her palm straight up for all to see, and the blood dripping down stopped in mid air, floated back up, and went back inside as the wound sealed shut.

Henry merely watched as everything unfolded. He was about to simply answer to Nihil, but the egyptian guy started being creepy. He then watched the events proceed before him. Nihil's power was quite... Odd. He then listened in to the rest of the conversation. Outside he looked rather indifferent, but he was qutie intrigued. Furthermore, neither Nur nor Nihil seemed to be lying, at least just yet.

When Nur left, Henry simply sat there, wondering, the flame on his orange eyes now gone.

He was probably right, but Nihil didn't feel like telling him goodbye. Her first instinct as he left was to light a cigarette, but for once she didn't feel like it. She looked over at the only one left, Henry, and made sure her hair covered the entirety of her face as her grimace turned into a silent scowl.

Despite the flirty boy in front of her, Ariana was far more interested in Wayne. "I will see you at school, mister teleporter."
She walked past him and ran off trying to follow Wayne. It was hard to find him, having absolutely no knowledge of the town. But after bribing a squirrel, she found herself sitting high in a tree outside Wayne's house.

IC: Wayne entered his room and looked outside to find the girl from the mall... in a tree outside his window.

"What the hell?!" he screamed, opening the window, "Would you kindly... get out of my... tree?"

Her bed was a broke morass of mattresses and blankets, but it welcomed her warmly as she plumped down onto it chest first.

Coffee in the microwave, father still asleep, the walk home from the mall very disconcerting for her thoughts. She'd given away her power to two complete strangers, the Egyptian fellow she didn't know a damned thing about besides his name. But Henry, she knew about him. And if they ever crossed paths again, which she dreaded would occur, he could undo her facade just as easily as she could undo his.

Impasse, it seems. She flipped over, throwing her gloves on the floor and tossing her scalpel into the wall, watching it impact and knock off more paint chips. With a huff she blew the hair out of her face, but it cascaded down again, and she sighed as she lay staring at the ceiling until morning.

Once more, the sun rose, blinding her, but she didn't care. She was still dressed from yesterday, and in her morning daze she tore off her dirt shirt, grabbed a rather clean black one from the floor, and threw it on. Who cares about a bra.

Sighing, she leaned down and jammed her arm under the bed, grabbing her empty binder. Reaching further, she pulled out a stack of paper and some pens, jammed them inside it, zipped it shut and then lay back down, wondering if she should even go to school.

"Fine, but i do expect answers tomorrow. I will be able to find you in a few minutes at school. Trust me." She said, climbing down the tree in a matter of seconds. Then she began making her way back to the cave she lived in.

OOC: If a girl climbed a tree to tell me she wasn't scary, I would become infinitely more sure, she is scary as all hell.

OOC: Ariana has amnesia, and ran away from her parents, and an entire town because she was anti-social and creepy.
"Fine, but i do expect answers tomorrow. I will be able to find you in a few minutes at school. Trust me." She said, climbing down the tree in a matter of seconds. Then she began making her way back to the cave she lived in.

Wayne put his heads in his hands and moaned. His life was going down the shit hole, he knew it.
"Then I was fertilized and grew wise;
From a word to a word I was led to a word,
From a work to a work I was led to a work."

I enjoy meta-humor and self-deprecation. Annoying, right?

Goodbye.

Vladimir had been sitting at a table in the mall, reading a book, when some young people at another table started to act oddly.
He looked over at them and listened for a little, hearing useless chatter he returned his attention to his book.
Then he smelled blood. It wasn't entirely human blood and it smelled familiar. 'But from where?' he pondered and looked in the direction of the smell.
The smell was coming from someone in the group he had eavesdropped on before, they were looking at something on the table. "Hmm, interesting." he muttered.
He turned back to his book, reading it but his mind was elsewhere.
He had smelled that blood before, but where?
The school? No, it wasn't there. He would remember that.
No, it was from further back than his old school. 'Damn this amnesia to hell!'

He occasionally looked up at the group and when they had all left Vladimir inspected the table they had been at.
He breathed in.
'Oh for gods sake!' he said to himself. There was more than just one familiar smell.
Vladimir sighed and walked back to his house, the familiarity of the smells was driving him nuts.

When the sun rose the next morning, he got dressed, skipped breakfast and walked in the direction of his school...the new one.
Of course we're going to throw poo at him.
