Valtherzaw opens a notepad, showing off a complicated grid of X's, O's, and blank spaces.
There were three blank spaces, one under "Admn", one under "Gods", and a third under "Myth".
"One fresh archdemon sample, one fresh god-spawn, and one fresh mythical. It's annoying, having nothing to do."

"Sorry," said Al. "It's not me though. While I was in Hell I absorbed some Demonic energy that was too potent for me to possess. I am slowly being turned into an Archdemon, and Archdemons tend to enjoy souls as a not so rare delicacy." He realised that this sounded bad.
"I'll just go use up some of that energy shall I?"

"Big battle approaches. You'll get your chance. No soul-eating though..."

Val groaned.
"And I thought I would get to try demonic blood. I still need to try godly, mythic, and demonic... then my collection'll be complete..."

"And no blood-sucking. If you really need it, Zero has some ichor. If he has a surplus, you may able to convince you to give him some."

"But why not? It allows me to use my powers to a fuller extent. That's how I'm able to turn into a Harpy. I accidentally ate a soul, my own soul was filled with energy and created a sort of field and a Harpy got caught in it. So now the Harpy is merged with my body, mind and soul."

"It would serve to fuel you. It's like food. Well, more like cannibalism, but whatever. You eat it, and it becomes a part of you and fuels you. Of course, it also affects you in small ways... Sometimes I swear that I can hear little noises, like thoughts, coming from deep inside me." Al shrugged. "But I really don't know for sure."

"Well, I'm not exactly sure how, but it seems that when I kill the soul automatically assimilates itself into mine unless I repel it. And I can also physically hold the soul and eat it. But I'm not sure how it would be for people who aren't part Demon. For all I know it's impossible."

A Harpy wing erupted from Al's back and shielded him.

"You're missing something." Valtherzaw shimmered, splitting into three. "Since I got these new gears from Vicad, I need to train... So I won't kill you. But I will try."
He spun, skating on jet exhaust, spinning around Al.
The three all spoke in unison, though their voices were different - one normal, one silky and high, and one rough and low.
"We are the three, the trinity. You are the prey."
Their eyes flashed.

Valtherzaw cocked his head at Al.
"You're missing something." Valtherzaw shimmered, splitting into three. "Since I got these new gears from Vicad, I need to train... So I won't kill you. But I will try."
He spun, skating on jet exhaust, spinning around Al.
The three all spoke in unison, though their voices were different - one normal, one silky and high, and one rough and low.

Their eyes flashed.

Al's other wing erupted from his back and he flew up, calling a few Oni to fight Valtherzaw. Hopefully Wayne wouldn't be mad.

The three jumped over the Oni, vaulting high into the air before drawing their swords.
"Six Blades, One Hundred Fall! Hexgear!" They all sliced down, sending out six blades of air, felling the six oni.
They bent simultaneously, each one bottling a small sample of the Oni blood, before turning back to Al and spinning again, creating a whirlwind of exhaust and heat.
"Zero Velocity Movement."

Erik floated down to the ground in front of the others, dismissing the solidified flames beneath his feet.

"We're raiding a museum for something that can stop Nur," said Al without looking away from Val.

"Can I help?", Erik asked deviously, a flame engulfing one hand.

Nikki sighed as she leaned against the wall, watching the bickering and fighting between Valtherzaw and Al. Typical boys, baying for blood. Except that Valtherzaw was asking for real blood, and Al sprouted wings from his back. She wished she had popcorn as she watched the fight unfold, and from right in front of her Erik flew down, flames all around him.

Meanwhile, Wayne was talking about how to sneak in and steal some kind of spear to kill someone called Nur. Apparently he had an army of Egyptian Zombies who were about to destroy the world and some stuff. But all they did was go around in circles on whether to fight the zombies or not, and about killing the guard to get past security. That sounded rather awful, as murder was just wrong, and nothing could justify it. Especially if they had someone who could bypass the security system.

"Hey guys, are you in need of assistance?" She said as she walked up to them, the tip of her fingers crackling with electricity.
