Adam opened his eyes, feeling the ground rumble. "er... I think we're having an earthquake..." He said, getting up and looking for Airana to tell her.

"Not an earthquake, this is too..." He looked out into the horizon and saw the shadow over city hall.

"I think we've found it!"

"Found what?" Ariana looked over, "Artemis help us." She muttered. She felt different after the short meditation. She couldn't explain it, but she was confident. Her blades could cut the hardest of metal, so if she avoided Nihil or let someone else fight her... Nur may be an even fight.

"Found what?" Ariana looked over, "Artemis help us." She muttered. She felt different after the short meditation. She couldn't explain it, but she was confident. Her blades could cut the hardest of metal, so if she avoided Nihil or let someone else fight her... Nur may be an even fight.

"What do we do? That thing is huge!"

Al arrived at a cave. There were several people that he recognised there. They seemed excited.
Then he saw the face of one of them.
"A-A-Ariana?" he asked.
Where do I know her from?

The god of chaos looked at thr destruction Nihil created.

"Now my son, the Age of Apacolypse is nigh. Your time, and your Queen's time. This city will show them what you can do, they will fear you, worship you!"

Set raised his arm, and the skis darkened, the seas rose, and fire rained from the heavens.

"Go now, lead your troops. Conquer this country!"

Nur obeyed, and led his soldiers across the bay and into the city.

Vanessa stared blankly at the giant beast that was currently destroying San Francisco. She then turned to Ariana. "You worship Artemis, right? You wouldn't happen to know if she's on good terms with Athena, because what we need is serious firepower."

[Unilisia]

The assembled task-force ahead of the City Hall was enormous; Almost every National Guard soldier, SWAT unit, police officer, old guy with a gun, and concerned neighbor with a pistol had been called to action by the Mayor, and the government had put the entire city under martial law, evacuating as many people as possible by whatever means necessary.

"Sir, we need to get you out of here. The National Guard estimates that thing will be here-" The glass window of the Mayor's office shattered, a long tendril reaching in and wrenching the head off of the Mayor' body. His corpse fell to its knee's, blood spurting out of his neck like a fountain, then collapsed. The National Guard officer drew his pistol and fired, his cohorts doing the same, but the tendril was un-phased and departed the way it came in.

The Guard's rushed out of his office as the beast lifted one of its gargantuan legs and gouged out the entire front of the building, the officer jumping right before everything behind him was eviscerated. In front of City Hall, people were either firing their weapons or running like hell, tendrils attacking them wildly and lifting them to their doom, their bodies torn apart and their blood slowly making the beast larger. It seemed like a miracle when Army units began to appear, a tank fired it's shell into the beast to applause and jeers from the militia-folk.

The shell, however, was launched back out, knocking the tank over and leaving a stream of flames.

Nihil laughed, then set her creature back to the building, it reared upon its hind legs, and the skyscraper-length being smashed the building into the ground, replacing its foundations with the building itself. Turning on the army, the beast swung one of its arms down, smashing everyone who dared to stand against it.

"Fuck..." the only word Adam spoke as he saw San Francisco in ruin. "Guys, I Think it is best we move away from the city and to a more strategic location, for her... we're at the Enemy's doorstep, and they have the power of some serious shit..." He walked backwards, not taking his eyes off the ruins. "I know we all want to fight Nur and Nihil, but none of us are fully prepared, and none of us are even ready to handle Nihil. Nur I think we can handle, But those blood powers of her's are going to wreck havoc if she uses them on us." Adam looked at Airana and Wayne. "Your call you two, make the decision and I'll go through with it."

He walked backwards, not taking his eyes off the ruins. "I know we all want to fight Nur and Nihil, but none of us are fully prepared, and none of us are even ready to handle Nihil. Nur I think we can handle, But those blood powers of her's are going to wreck havoc if she uses them on us." Adam looked at Airana and Wayne. "Your call you two, make the decision and I'll go through with it."

"We... we defend the people. I don't know why... buts it like were meant to do this. Like it's second nature to me. Who's with me?"

"As long as Artemis thinks we can handle this, she will let us try. If the world is in serious danger, i doubt they would ignore us." Ariana sighed, honestly scared of the beast in the city.

"Later, Nihil and Nur will be together. Now they appear to be separate, later, not so much. Hit one now and leave the other alone, and we can get half the problem out of the way." Ariana hoped they didn't pick Nihil.

"DUDE! what people! Its best not to go on a suicide run when we can just move, and wait... Once we're stranger we'll take them out, but for now... No. I don't see how we can win against them..." Adam starting rubbing the amulet, he had no idea why, but he did.

"If San Francisco was completely destroyed, don't you think Nihil would've left it by now? Besides, he's right. We should be the ones to stop, or at least try to stop this, as it's kind of our fault in the first place."

Apocalypse and about 20 soldiers moved through the city, killing everything in their path. The demi-god was enjoying himself, hadnt had this much fun since he sacked Rome.

Valtherzaw saw the carnage wreaked by the beast (we need a name for this thing), and when the shell knocked the tank over, he clapped. He went back to using his sword as a cane after only a few seconds, but began praying for the Void Dragon's blessing so that he could fight.

Al arrived at a cave. There were several people that he recognised there. They seemed excited.

"A-A-Ariana?" he asked.

"Hello, do i know you?" Ariana asked the one in the brush.

He was at some sort of Pagan event or convention or festival or something, involving pagans of every Tradition.
He bumped into a girl with violet eyes.
"Oh, sorry," he said.
They had spent some time with each other, exchanged emails, and left.
There was a blur, and he was in another memory.
Al had received an email. It was from Ariana.
'Hi, Al,' it said, 'I need some help. You see, I'm part of a team with, well, you'll think that I'm crazy, but we have powers. We need some help regarding information on the Occult, and I know that you have knowledge in that field. We also need you to find out some other stuff for us. Thank you.'
Al came back to the present.
"I was an informant of sorts for you. You and your 'team'."
He smiled. He remembered.
He saw Ariana running off and followed. He might be able to help.

"Very fun, Adam. Perhaps you are developing a sense of humor." He nodded at the Roman and his army, then charged towards the city, hope renewed.

Aspocalypse neared where Nihil and her monster were, he decided to give Wayne a little "visit".
