Powers (Are they aware of them?): Fulgerkenisis, which she uses to control her special shapeshifting weapons and clothing, and to fly via electromagnetic levitation. Psychic Powers which give her the ability to read minds and either Mind Rape or Care Bear Stare an enemy into oblivion, as well as precognition. She is the discoverer of Blingidium, a psychoactive metal that changes shape, color and physical properties when electricity is conducted through it. (Read: Applied Phlebotinum with elements of Pyscho Serum.) Used magic to make herself younger.
Weaknesses: Obviously, Blingidium would do all sorts of crazy stuff if you shocked it with something. She is human, so that counts for something I guess. A certified pychomaniac who has a variety of Berzerk Buttons.
Personality: Crazy. Really crazy. Pretty much a poster child for the Seven Deadly Sins.
History: She was a scientist who discovered magic and used it to create Blingidium. The metal's psychoactive nature, in addition to the power rush that came from using magic, drove her completely crazy. Within 48 hours of discovering magic, she had killed 79 people, including all but 3 of her coworkers. She's wanted in 51 nations on multiple charges of murder, grand theft, arson, conspiracy, and wanton behavior, among other things.

Weaknesses: Metal (feels slight pain when he touches it).
Personality: Compassionate, inquisitive, kind, social.
History: He was born in a peaceful and remote forest and lived a peaceful life there until the forest burned down. He now lives in a small cottage with his brother in a forest near Elfen High and is a teacher there.
