This was 13 years ago, she's reasonably fine now. Some hormonal problems but she's not dead.

As for having their asses, I was a bit too young to get involved at the time, and in general the burden of proof is pretty solidly in the favor of these doctors. I've also had pretty terrible experiences with lawyers, so I'd say we were basically fucked either way.

I wholeheartedly agree. I thanked her quite a bit and told her I was really impressed that someone would call back in to apologize because people who are rude usually act like it's nothing unless the CSR gets rude back, then they complain about the CSR. She actually really made my day.

If it's possible, I would suggest moving north, particularly north east. An RN in AR should make around 25-30k, while an RN in ME can make make 35-45k.
