Political Beliefs:Abortion: Moderate. While I personally believe abortion should be legal in the early stages of pregnancy, I do not believe the members of both sides are evil, and I can see where they are coming from.
Affirmative Action: In my view, it is just another form of racism. I believe it should be abolished, but I believe in the right of private institutions to discriminate on a basis of race, if they so choose. However, if I were an employer, and if it were my legal choice, I would not discriminate either way.
Arms Trade: I believe there should be embargoes and sanctions preventing the sale of arms to rogue states and known terrorist organizations, however, other than that I believe that the trade of arms should be free, regulated only by the laws of the respective nations. There is no reason why a gun owner in the USA should not be able to order firearms from France. The first Bush Administration's executive orders limiting the import of foreign rifles into the US must be abolished.
Death Penalty: I generally opposed it but I don't think it's proponents are evil or misguided. I can tolerate a death penalty on particularly heinous crimes, and particularly horrid stuff like genocide, crimes against humanity, and slave trafficking. I especially enthusiastically endorse the death penalty for slave trafficking.

Economic System: Libertarianism.
Education: Privatise. My child, when I have one, will be homeschooled. If the country I will be living in at that time will ban homeschooling, I will leave.

Death Penalty: A More Humane way of doing it, Firing Squads. cheaper too. Unless its a heinous crime like child rape or something, then the offender should be hanged but not before a 24 hour session in the public stockade.

Other information: I divide my beliefs into "what is right" and "what is necessary". Generally the "what is necessary" category tends to be where I put my unsavoury views. I often think in black and white.
Political Beliefs:Abortion: Up until seven months
Affirmative Action: Positive discrimination is still discrimination. If there are two equally qualified candidates and there is no way to choose between them (for example, both are easy-going, both work very hard, both are the same age) the decision rests entirely with who the employer feels more comfortable with regardless of any prejudices said employer may have

Death Penalty: Only for psychopaths
Drugs: All legalised
Economic System: Capitalist but moderately regulated
Education: Should start at the age of about four, but be very relaxed and preferably taught by the parent with possible outside help. When the child is old enough not to need teachers to parent it, school should start - but classes should be small and relaxed, with circle-time type things and not much focus on tests. Sciences should be differentiated. Lots of support should be given to students with higher or lower performance than the norm and every student should be pushed to work to their full potential in every subject. Classes should run at all hours of the day and students, especially teenagers, should come into them whenever they are able and leave when too tired to go on. 50+ extracurricular activities. Ideology should not be foisted on a student. Ethics should be taught from 11+. Compulsory schooling ends at 16. Universities, polytechnics etc. set their own exams. Before anyone asks: I realise my education views are variously conflicting/impractical/prepare students poorly for higher education exams. It's my personal utopian views.
Electoral College in USA Elections: Not strictly applicable for me, but I don't like the system. It should be "one citizen, one vote for presidential candidate" where the presidential candidate could be anyone in the party. Obviously this means a free-for-all popularity contest, but ah well...
Environmentalism: Clean coal and nuclear energy, a reduced dependence on oil, gradual implementation of renewables
Euthanasia: Available on demand for anyone who asks for it or a representative chosen by the asker, if said asker cannot ask personally

Gun Control: Yes. If people need to defend themselves (and that should only be in areas of high crime anyway) they should be able to deal damage as long as it's not potentially lethal damage, and that means no guns.
Immigration Policies: Unrestricted immigration to and from any country. Deportation should be a last resort and should not be considered when the immigrants have fled an oppressive regime.
Income Tax: Almost nothing for the poor up to about 50% for the rich
Israel/Palestine: I support the right of a Palestinian state to exist, but considering the two states would be constantly trying to kill each other a wall and border controls should be put up along the border
