Abortion: I believe that the murder of our children is unacceptable except in extreme cases of rape and if the mother's life is in danger.
Affirmative Action: Forcing businesses to hire certain races is totally outrageous. The owner should have the right to hire who he wants without intervention from the beast of a government.
Arms Trade: When performed between two legal legitimate governments, then fine, when done with terrorist or separatist groups, not fine.

Electoral College in USA Elections: Well, since UK elections can end with a party with fewer votes taking power, and parties with less than 40% of the vote gaining a large majority in Parliament, who am I to criticise?
Environmentalism: I order a box of organic vegetables most weeks, and my electricity comes from a small pro-environmental company that contributes to windfarm construction with a share of its profits; so what do you think?
Euthanasia: Another morally complex issue I struggle with. My views are no doubt coloured by my own terminal leukaemia; I don’t want euthanasia for myself, for what it's worth.
Evolution or Creation?: Evolution, though I don’t see Darwinian evolution as fundamentally incompatible with religious faith.
FCC: Irrelevant to my everyday life.
Gay Marriage: Strongly in favour of civil unions recognised by the state, which the state may certainly call ‘marriage’ if it so chooses. Strongly against forcing individual churches from performing same-sex marriages when they run counter to the beliefs of that church. “Render unto Caesar…”
Gun Control: Strongly in favour; Americans, I come for your guns tomorrow!
Immigration Policies: Far too complex an issue to be summed up in no more than three sentences.
Income Tax: Inevitable.
Israel/Palestine: Neither are saints, are they? But broadly in favour of Israel recognising a Palestinian state within the pre-1967 boundaries, with Jerusalem as shared capital, in return for the Palestinians dropping the right of return (perhaps in return for some sort of financial compensation)
Philosophy: In archaeological terms, basically a post-processualist, which non-archaeologists would consider to be a post-structuralist.
Political Party Affiliation: As noted above, Liberal Democrats (UK)
President Obama/American Policies: Deserves a chance to sort out the mess left behind by Bush, but wish he’d push Congress around a bit more.
Prostitution: Would never visit one myself, but surely better for both customer and provider if legal and regulated.
Religion: Orthodox Church (convert rather than born in Orthodoxy)
Social Security: Broadly in favour of state pension schemes.
The UN: Broadly in favour, though recognise it’s an imperfect instrument for its desired purpose.
Veganism/Vegetarianism: Why not? For seven weeks a year during Lent, I have to be Vegan anyway; and the rest of the year, we usually eat vegetarian meals half the week by choice.
War in Iraq: Always strongly against; went on several anti-war marches.
War on Terror: Can we have a war on mild anxiety next?
